So ridiculously confused!
My airhead of an doctor told me that I likely did not ovulate on the 250mg of clomid. However, I have every symptom of ovulation. EVERY symptom. I know my body. Not to mention I got online about 5 seconds after I got off the phone with my doc and read that my progesterone level is low, but not THAT low... It was 11.3. In fact, it is quite common for women with PCOS to have progesterone levels as low as 8's when they are pregnant - let alone ovulating. It's confusing bc when my doctor thought I had ovulated in October, my levels were only in the 10's, so 11.3 would be evidence that I ovulated, right? Ugh, confusing.
I scheduled an appt with an endocrinologist for next Thursday. I know that I ovulated. My doctor is nuts.
So, today is day 29 and I took a test - Negative.
Stay tuned...
Very sorry about the negative test... but pleeeaseee... GET A NEW DOCTOR! You obviously don't trust this one and you know your body better than anyone. Find the best doc in your insurance that also deals with fertility. Not trying to tell you what to do but it makes me mad that this doctor is stressing you out.
ReplyDeleteI don't know you...but good luck.
ReplyDeleteWe're TTC too, and it's such an emotional roller coaster! Best of luck.
